Claire-Louise is a freelance writer and editor, and author of three poetry books. 

Since being widowed she has been on a journey of self discovery.

Travel and dance are major themes of her writing. 

Her poems, light hearted yet profound, are powerful messages of hope which continue to resonate with many people.

Claire’s career in journalism for national charities spanned over 20 years as she helped them tell their stories to the media, successfully raising their profile and increasing their funding. In 2011 she worked freelance after her husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness, working for creative entrepreneurs while taking every opportunity to travel with her husband and enjoy life.

Claire has trained countless charity volunteers and staff, business owners, students and individuals to tell their stories in a way that truly inspires.

She passionately believes that the power of the positive story is needed more than ever as a source of encouragement and hope for individuals, communities and businesses in an uncertain and ever changing world.
